In this talk, Tina will describe the third Bramavihara (Divine Abode of the Heart)--the Karuna (Compassion) practice. She will talk about how to do the practice, how to work with hindrances and defilements in Karuna, the "near and far enemies" of Karuna, and common pitfalls as well as realizations in the Karuna practice.
